Britt Bassett PE, BCEE founded Bassett Engineering in 1996. We are a state-of-the-art municipal and environmental engineering firm. We specialize in municipal engineering services including the study and design of water treatment, storage and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, streetscape enhancement, roadway reconstruction & resurfacing, NBIS bridge inspections, stormwater management, road bonding studies, bridge & culvert replacement permitting and design, ADA pedestrian safety improvements, and land development and subdivision reviews. We offer full services including funding assistance and environmental permitting.

Our customers are municipalities and individuals throughout Pennsylvania. We provide guidance, support and expertise in a wide variety of engineering issues that confront our clients. We are proud to announce that we have been appointed Lycoming County Engineer for the 2010-2015 period as well as Lycoming County Planning Commission Engineer for the 2010-2011 period.

Bassett Engineering’s office is located in Montoursville, just east of Williamsport. We are a growing firm composed of Professional Engineers, Engineering Technicians, Construction Inspectors and Support Staff. We are committed to continuing education utilizing a variety of methods including advanced college degrees, both through local universities and on-line; seminars sponsored by professional organizations, DEP and other governmental entities; and manufacturers’ training.
