Garage and Salt Shed

COMPLETED: 2021

This project consists of a new 60 ft. x 40 ft post-framed garage with an attached 40’ X 20’ three-bay salt/ cinder shed in Cummings Township, Lycoming County. New features include:

1. A new structural frame that consisted of 8 x 8 timbers and pre-engineered roof trusses.
2. Four garage doors, and three shed doors.
3. Metal siding, roofing, interior liner panels, garage, and man-doors.
4. A concrete floor designed to support dump trucks and construction equipment.
5. The garage is insulated by spray-on foam insulation in the side walls and blown-in fiberglass above the ceiling liner panel.
6. Propane fire ceiling mounted space heaters, LED lighting, electrical receptacles.
