Recent permits we have obtained for our clients include DEP Air Quality Management (AQM), Solid Waste Transfer Station, Bulk Water Hauler, Chapter 102/General NPDES for Construction, Water Quality Management and NPDES for wastewater, Chapter 105 General, and Chapter 106 Floodplain Permits.
Bassett helped design and obtained all permits for the codigestion-fueled Combined Heat and Power (CHP) project for Derry Township Municipal Authority, including DEP AQM, WQM, and Ch 102 Permits. We also helped design and obtained all permits for the GESA (Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement) codigestion project for Altoona Water Authority, including DEP AQM, WQM, Ch 102 and 106 Permits. Both are now under operation.
